If you are a highly compensated employee in a non-governmental non-profit, and you have access to a 457b, it’s likely that your enrollment window for your 457b is rapidly closing – June 15, 2022.

If your 457b is on the half-year schedule, and you miss this May 1st through June 15th enrollment window, you won’t be able to make any adjustments to your contributions again until May 1st, 2023. Time is definitely of the essence, go get after it.
